Love the pork hash! Quality is great and always consistent!

Always tasty and always great service. Like that you can make your own mustard and shoyu. Very important because it just goes with that bun so well. Pork hash delicious as always. Always pleased when I order from there. I say in my opinion best steamed Managua I know of fo sho!

Have been going to get my manapua and pork hash for many years. It's always yummy... hadn't been there for a while... manapua got a bit smaller but still ono. Also got me some half moons. Just as ono as I remember them. Got extra to freeze for when i get the munchies for some manapua and pork hash.

The manapua here is amazing. Great spot to stop for a few delicious snacks.

I dont understand why people rant and rave about this place. Service is terrible, everyone got an attitude, $2+ for 1 manapua. They dont take credit cards, they run out of everything by noon.

Gave 4 stars only because workers don't even greet you when entering, even when it's not busy. But that's ok because manapua makes up for it.

They have great food! I love the texture of the pork in the pork manapua, always soft and easy to chew, almost heavenly! My other favorite is the pork hash too!

It's good but dough is slightly hard side and I like super soft, so not something I'd eat often.

Great manapuas but very small establishment. Gets very busy so give yourself time to stand in line. Parking gets congested also and ran out of some popular items so try get there early if you need to what you need

Update: Aug 2012: Stopped by this morning for some steamed buns, and they're still quite good. I was a little unimpressed with the quantity of meat this time around, but I did prefer the taste of the charsiu over the noodle shop's baked buns. Still giving it a 3-3-3 rating! Aug 2011: Pretty good manapuas and their dough is just right. They're generous with the insides and overall a great tasting bun. They don't have any of the baked varieties (head across the street and down a block for the best baked ones from the noodle shop) but i'd say they're #1 for steamed buns.

If you are looking for big and meat filled manapua this is the place. If you need to buy food @ 6am in the morning on the weekends this is the place. this place is all about the taste, so if you don't mind that it is cash only or the greeting from the workers is not perfect, you'll like it. If you are looking for a customer buying experience, well you better go to Star-Bucks.

Cash only! Don't make the mistake of not bringing enough cash with you or you'll be sadly disappointed when you have to change your 36 piece order to 3. The manapua here are AMAZING. Seriously, the ONLY place to get manapua on Oahu, in my opinion. Cheap ono grindz.I've learned to always call before I go if I'm in a hurry because they're a local small business, so they close for a few days to a week every now & then for R&R, deservedly.

Libby’s Manapua was okay. If you were a long time customer you kind of know what I mean. The food could be hit or miss especially when it came to the pork manapua. Some days the filling was normal (so it had a decent meat to bread ratio) while other times there was hardly any meat. What I will miss is the peel rice cake with the brown layer of gau on top since few places still make it.

My co-workers bring goodies from this place all the time so I decided to actually make my way out here and visit. The thing that brought me in was the amazing tasteful pork hash. I like that it doesn't have an onion taste .It's so yummy in my tummy I will be sure to visit again. Parking is right across the street which is convenient but I was a little surprised when I walked in and there was a cash-only sign. That's one thing that would be awesome if they did accept credit cards because I usually do not carry cash.

Manapua? Pipiau! Half moon? Pork hash? Rice cake? Ho boy! Mom just loves this place! Always telling me if I'm in this area get a box full! Then she'll freeze the rest, hey it's ok to freeze then, when you're craving a manapua, just place a wet paper towel over it and in the microwave it goes, just like the day I bought them! Also bought a Libby's Manapua T-shirt, Live my black shrits! Couldn't say no! I love it, lots of parking right across the street too, employee's are very friendly and efficiently helpful there. This place been around for decade's, just ask anyone, I compare this place to Lenard's Bakery but they sell Manapua! I rate this place a 9 out of 10

Cash only. Make sure.you know exactly what you want when you order if not, stand to the side while you decide. Make sure to get pork hash, as they are very delicious. The sauces in the corner go well with the pork hash.

this was my first time going to Hawaii and my grandma went there as a kid so she took me there. the manapuas are delicious. where i live aren't that good but those were the best. we also bought their pork hash and put in in simen it is the best you'll ever get!

Still the best manapua and pork hash in town. If you're new to Honolulu this is the place for really good takeout dim sum. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They get a ton of business when they are open and they are very efficient about filling orders. Definitely a worthwhile place to visit.

I am not from Hawaii. The only downside I can say about this store is we pay cash only. The Manapua was EXCELLENT! The time to service was awesome. The price was better than I expected. The working staff loved the texture and fillings. The kids enjoyed them. Thank you.

Cash only...steamed manapuas only, no baked manapuas...need to let the workers know if you are taking on the plane so they can pack accordingly...also, try not to put too much tape on the boxes, flew interisland, TSA now requires you to open up your food boxes so they can check whats in the box.

First off the Service and Friendliness of the staff was Excellent! The Manapua is Delish (both Chicken & Pork). Try the Pork Hash & Half Moon which are Tasty! Parking is Right in Front of Store and Bring Cash Only.

Just got kicked out of location for commenting in reference Improving wait time. In the hot sun for 30 minutes, one line outside the business. Suggested to let customers know that two lines available one for pick up and one for ordering. Cashier would not listen to any advice, took only order back.
